Placed a pickup order and arrived to pickup the food and the restaurant was closed. No note on the door or cancellation email. Called the following day and apparently their was an emergency that forced them to close early. Emergencies happen, I get it. They offered to make the food for pickup later that day. I offered to call before we went to pickup the order as a reminder to make the food, as a new online order was not submitted or needed. I ordered the macro balanced bowl with chicken. My bad for not looking before leaving. No edemame, the chicken was dry nubs, kinda old tasting.. no avocado..not enough sauce and the tomatoes where not grape tomatoes.. all rice really... good rice though. I even tipped lol. Do yourself a favor and go next door to eat.. sorry freshii but that hurt me bad. 👎
