I don't usually post reviews, but I've been here a couple of times over the last while and realized that this negative experience is not a coincidence. Each time, the burrito I ordered had almost none of the ingredients that were advertised except for rice, and it was so heavily oversalted that it was almost inedible. The place is unkempt and very dirty, with weird crap strewn in the hallway. The equipment is out of order and not working properly. This place just shouldn't be in business.
Heads up do not order anything with bacon from here; they put raw bacon in our salads, I called to see whether I'm missing something and the girl on the phone confirmed it is just straight up raw bacon and that's "just how they do it." If that's the case, there's a severe lack of regard for food safety. If she misunderstands what 'raw' means and it's the 'fully smoked'etc stuff that comes from the package (she mentioned they get it from Superstore), it's still just uncooked soggy bacon. Gross.

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered Tex-Mex bowls and lemongrass soup from this location and it was completely inedible. The soup arrived spilled and tasted like coloured water — not even salted. The bowls were stale, the avocados were rotten, and the overall quality was disgusting. Serving rotten produce is a serious food safety concern, and it’s unacceptable. How this is allowed to pass as “fresh” food is beyond me. Stay away from this place of you can!
I do enjoy the food at Freshii, but I rarely go because the prices are higher than average. I appreciate the fact that it's a nice alternative to typical take out food (high caloric items) with zero guilt. In my experience, the quality of food has been good and the staff are welcoming.
