I order from this Freshii once a week, and it's always great! I usually make changes to a bowl off the menu and they always get it right 👍 It's my go-to spot for a quick dinner that's not a cheeseburger and fries.
Bought a chipotle steak bowl, and one of the ingredients in the bowl had gone bad. Had a sour smell. I asked another customer and they confirmed. When I brought it to the staff’s attention they said that it was how the sauce smelled or maybe it was the hot sauce. I promise you, I know when food has gone bad and this was bad. They did refund my money but they didn’t take my concerns seriously. Please be careful I don’t want anyone to get sick.
The wrap I bought was a decent sized wrap. My bowl was disappointing. It had maybe 5 pieces of chicken (I had to pay extra), it also had very little quinoa and beans. I paid close to $19.00 for a bowl of kale, basically. Still hungry after eating my expensive kale.
Very bad experience. Never recommend anybody to go there. They dont follow recipes.
