Ordered a salmon poke bowl but received the bowl with tuna. When I inquired about it the staff member told me it was salmon, as they’re out of tuna. I inquired further because it was obviously Ahi tuna - she then changed to stating they are out of salmon she she made the requested salmon bowl with tuna. No issues with the order, however, when I attempted to put My energy bites in my order on the app based on the offer of spending $20 and getting one free it wouldn’t work. So I still put the order in thinking that when I went to the store, it could be fixed .However, when I went to the store, I explained it to them and they would not honour your offer because they said it had to be done through the app. But the app glitched and did not allow me to put the order in.
