Really bad service. Went in AC wasn’t working on a blazing hot day. One employee was on shift and he was working extremely slowly while trying to balance online deliveries and in store orders (online deliveries took priority). Not only did my order take over 40 minutes, only being made after I reminded the employee, when I finally got my smoothie it tasted like literal mud water. One of the absolute worst Freshii franchises I've been to. The service was terrible, the girl at the front seemed like she couldn't understand what we were asking for most of the time. There were many fruit flies around, which is always a sign of filth or something's rotting somewhere. My friend and I ordered the Oaxca bowl, one of my usual favorites, but the kale seemed expired, and none of the food tasted fresh at all. I could only eat almost half the bowl, but just tossed it out in the end with a bad taste in my mouth. Do... read more

Charge for avocados and then tell sorry we dont have avocados you want to substitute for anything else.
