Food is good. Place is good. But the lady working today at 11 could be a little more friendly and improve her customer service skills. Sometimes it feels like you are asking for a favor.
The girl working there was rude, I don’t know how it’s that hard to be polite. I asked for extra sauce in my bowl. The response I got its already in there. Hire some people that have a better attitude.
This freshi on main street is HORRIBLE. Horrible may be an understatement. My friend and I decided to try out the smoothie bowls here and we regret it. The lady practically handed us a bowl of milk sprinkled with coconut flakes and 3 slices of strawberries. She had the audacity to give us spoons. We had to drink out of the bowl like dogs. When we tried addressing the issue, she tried gaslighting us by saying frozen yogurt is liquid. Nothing FROZEN is liquid. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Thanks for being in business
I always order lunch here on Mondays and despite the $9 build your own bowl promo on Mondays, my bowl always comes to $18. They have been telling me it’s because i order “featured bowls”. This Monday they asked me to pay $21 for the same bowl and when asked why they told me “price of steak has gone up but its not on the menu or the board, just trust us!” Lol no thanks. Wont be back.
