I'll be honest I haven't eaten here since they had that weird ordering system where someone from a different country was basically zoom calling a PC on the counter to take an order. It was a jarring and weird experience and I don't know if I will ever go to freshii again if they're willing to give in to such gimmicks when theres literally an employee standing next to the screen doing nothing.
I come here everyday for lunch and get good and fast service
