Walked in tonight and they did not have any lettuce, kale or spinach so couldn’t order a salad. Got a bowl with chicken and it was terrible! On top of that was $20, I wish I had just went to earls and spend $4 more

I’ve been to this location multiple times and have always had a good experience. The concept is great, and the ingredients are fresh. That said, I do find that most dishes could use more sauce and seasoning — they tend to be a bit on the bland side. I always ordered the Bamboo Bowl, which was by far the best item on the menu. Unfortunately, it’s recently been discontinued, and there isn’t anything quite like it available now.

Way overpriced even before you add protein. When adding protein, they seriously skimp on the portion size. In the same parking lot you're much better off going to Barburrito or Donair Affair.

I asked for the spiciest dish and was told to get the chipotle's cheese bowl. (I think that’s what they call it) there is probably 1 tbs of sauce on the whole thing so it tastes like nothing. They put the steak, beans and veggies in a thin layer on top to create the illusion that you’re getting a lot of fresh ingredients but then when you move that you discover it’s mostly rice you just paid $15 for. I ordered two bowls with beef/steak from this place, and the quality of the food was unacceptable. The meat had a terrible taste and a foul smell, similar to rotting food. Additionally, the salad and rice were both flavorless and dry. I have made a firm decision not to revisit this establishment due to the poor food quality and potential health risks it poses. This sentiment is shared by several other reviews as well.
