The food was really good and the customer service was excellent. Big thanks to Ted for making lunch such a great experience.
Update in 2025 - came back one more time to try if got better. These guys boil the tuna for the poke bowl! The won’t/can’t sell it as sushi like it’s meant to be….so u have like warm boiled tuna on your bowl. EVERY other freshi I’ve been too (not to mention every poke restaurant in history) sells it raw OF COURSE. Useless - never again Freshii WR. 2020 - One staff member working (taking orders, collecting cash and then throwing gloves on to make the food!) and a huge line up at midday. Tryed poke bowl today it was awesome the service was fantastic.Come to South Surrey and try it.
Took just over 1.5 hrs to have 2 salads delivered. Customer service was poor, lady on phone tried to argue with us saying it's not her fault, delivery driver incredibly rude. Salads were just okay. Would not recommend this location.
