Took just over 1.5 hrs to have 2 salads delivered. Customer service was poor, lady on phone tried to argue with us saying it's not her fault, delivery driver incredibly rude. Salads were just okay. Would not recommend this location.
Veey disappointed in the food. I ordered kale caesar salad and the kale was wilted and yellow and therr was more quinoa than kale. The chicken i added also tasted odd, slimy. I won't be returning. Its hard finding good healthy places to eat. The people working are super friendly, no issues there. Just our bowl and salad were gross.
I had an awesome experience coming to this Freshii for the first time. Simply the best. Would definitely come again.
Poor Customer Service, Need proper staff training As a regular customer and neighbour to this location, I’m disappointed to share that I’ve consistently had poor experiences here – this being the third time. The staff member on duty has been extremely rude and unfriendly, with no effort to provide even basic courtesy. Today, my bowl was filled with noticeably less quantity & not tasty than usual, and when I politely asked about it, the response was dismissive.
