Not a good Freshii location. I don't recommend it. Poor customer service and the food doesn't taste good. $17 for a horrible cob salad into the garbage. Went there on a Saturday, September 13 around 3:30pm.
Came at 11:30am. Store was closed. Woman showed up a couple minutes later as I was sitting in my car. Proceeded to go inside as there were other people waiting for online orders. I asked if they’re open and the lady proceeded to say yes she was sick that’s why they didn’t open on time. The veggies she used were sitting out ready to go from the day before. Kinda gross and unprofessional. Bathrooms were out of tp and soap. There was a big puddle of water by the juice cooler i almost slipped on. A literal box of broken glass sitting by the hallway to the bathrooms. What on earth is going on here?
I enjoy a hamburger as much as the next guy, and let’s be honest, probably more, but this place is my first choice whenever I am nearby. The food is healthy, inexpensive, and yet delicious. My favourite is the Buddha bowl, but I have had other great things here as well. Even if you’re a fast food Regular, give this place a try.
Ordered off of skip the dishes, when my delivery driver arrived they told him that they were out of banana for my smoothie which he told me over text. I then phoned the restaurant to see if they would either swap my smoothie for another flavour or replace it with another chicken pockets that I also ordered. When asked for some kind of replacement the worker at the restaurant yelled that he had all the ingredients for the smoothies and that he won’t do anything to help me.
