How could you wring with Freshiii? Great food great staff ( overworked alone )
My friend and I went in to Freshii today for lunch, it was super busy inside and there was only one employee working. I didn’t catch her name, but she was super friendly with blonde hair. She handled all the orders at cash and making all the food on her own. I was beyond impressed with her ability to juggle it all and still be friendly and warm to all the customers inside. She deserves high praise!!

I like this place when they get things right, but unfortunately service quality is all over the place. Got my orders mixed up a fee times. Today I got something similar to what I ordered but not quite what I wanted and NO DRESSING AT ALL. Practically impossible to eat without dressing!. I ordered the same most times so its preset. Sometimes arrives ok, sometimes it doesn’t. Hit and miss. I wish there was more consistency in a good way. Also noticed they skimp on chicken. Please look into this inconsistencies.
