I had my first freshii experience today. I ordered protein bowl rice was not cooked at all and I was starving. However my mango smoothie was delicious. I definitely like the atmosphere and team there. I would give a chance again.

My order was incorrect. Both meals I ordered had the wrong ingredients. They chose to substitute the apples with tomatoes without asking. I can’t eat tomatoes because I’m Allergic so my meal was ruined.
Chicken was rubber and barely cooked. Looked more like tilapia than chicken. Smoothie was fine. We need a Chipotle or something. Freshii has been downhill since COVID.
