I stopped in on the weekend for a smoothie (which was great). Staff were fast and efficient but more importantly, they went above and beyond to track me down when they discovered I had left my wallet behind. Much appreciation.
We ordered 4 meals and all but 1 was wrong. One was no chicken and they put chicken. The person who ordered it is vegan so she couldn’t eat it at all. Mine was not meant to have cucumbers and it had cucumbers which I absolutely hate so my mine as ruined. The other person who wasn’t meant to have black bean but it did anyways. We called and they didn’t offer to correct it or compensation. Very disappointing. We will not be ordering from there again.
I came in today just needing to use the bathroom. For the record I’ve done this in the past and have never had a problem even up to all last week, I typically enjoy the food from here as it’s a lot healthier then McDonald’s or other fast food restaurants. Too small portion compared to other locations I visited. Did not get black beans in it which go by the recipe. When I am away on vacation, I eat only in freshii, this time won't due to small pricey portions as this is the only location near me.
