I order online and pick up lunch here 1-3x each week. The staff always has my salad ready, made just the way I like it, and it's a pleasure to interact, if only briefly, with friendly faces who take pride in their work.

I was sitting outside drinking a coffee on a chair, these chairs are in front of the store. There is no signage, indicating that one cannot sit there and drink a coffee that isn't from their store. The manager proceeded to come outside and harass me for doing so. He threatened to call security because I'm sitting outside drinking a Tim Hortons coffee. The food quality is good, the setting is decent but could use a few more seats. I was not aware and ordered the bowl of the day, simply called "teriyaki". Without much thought, I would've expected it to have chicken by default but I didn't see until after I dug around my howl just to see no chicken inside.
