I ordered a Buddha Satay Bowl at around 6:40PM (for to go at 21$ lol). It tasted really tangy and rotten. I asked for extra avacados, and it seems like the employee added every avacado she had 😩 Or it may have been some other ingredient which tasted rancid. Nevertheless, this has to be addressed. There seemed to be only one employee handling the whole restaurant.
Your food is unedible. The chicken is disgusting, and the beef is too... extremely chewy. It's a shame because you have the world's best name but the worst quality of proteins. I have come back time and time again to see if it's gotten and better, and it's literally gotten worse. USE REAL CHICKEN - NOT THAT WEIRD STUFF YOU SOAK IN WATER (same quality as subway🤮) This goes for ALL freshii franchises. You desperately need to improve your source of proteins. Good food, fresh, staff was friendly. My only complaint is that being asked to tip BEFORE I have received any food or services is not appropriate.
