I ordered two tuna poke bowls and there was no tuna or avocado. When I contacted support to get a refund they refused to refund my card, they did not give me enough freshi points to order replacements for the two bowls, and they stopped answering my emails. Such a disappointment.
I don’t like complaining, but this is the fourth time I’ve ordered from this location and the portions on top have been very skimpy. It’s honestly disappointing.
I ordered a taco shrimp bowl extra sauce and hot sauce on the side, like I normally do. When I got my bowl it barely had any ingredients and only 3-4 pieces of shrimp. This place is loosing quality and just long a long time customer.
Bad customer services… cold soup.. very rude representative.
