The app offered a flavour of energii bites that was no available in store. Unfortunately I had to swap the flavour out but the replacement flavour was a lower price so I lost out on some money.
Do not go to this location. Freshii is generally very Fresh, but we bought 3 bowls from this location and they were the opposite from Fresh. We had to throw them away. The manager would only credit us back for 1 bowl. I had to complain via the credit card company instead in order to receive a full credit/refund.
I’ve gone to other freshiis and this location is by far the worst! Portions are half the size. I paid 15 dollars for half a fiesta salad. Portions should be the same at all locations. Stop being skimpy, you’re losing a lot of customers.
Great place great food, great employees
Absolutely terrible experience at this Freshii location. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Staff seemed annoyed when simple questions were asked, and the overall attitude toward customers was disrespectful and careless. I asked about ingredients due to dietary concerns and instead of helping politely, the response felt dismissive and uncomfortable.
