Store says it opens at 10 and was told they weren't opening until 10:30...lost a customer
Got two quinoa salad bowls from here last Sat for thankgiving dinner with friends, however found a fruit fly in one of the boxes and had to throw it out. Customer service was great but this ruined the experience.
We ordered 4 bowls yesterday Honey Mustard Chicken x 2, Pesto Chicken and Teriyaki Twist. None of them were up to standard and didn't feel fresh either. I wouldn't try again for the amount they are charging. Extremely disappointed.
I’ve been to this Freshii location many times in the past, but my last two visits have been extremely disappointing. Today when I ordered the older lady working behind the counter was both rude and confused when taking my order, she seemed so agitated. When I got home, my bowl was completely dry with barely any sauce, I’ve had this bowl many times before, this wasn’t how it should have tasted.
