Just ordered their hot chicken honey mustard bowl, and this is the slop I received. It looks nothing like the picture advertised whatsoever, and upon calling the store they would not issue a refund. I can't believe I paid $20 for a half empty, misadvertised bowl You lost a long term customer

I ordered the shrimp Poke Bowl, the shrimp was so tough I could not chew it, the rest of the bowl was lettuce, literally 2 pieces of mango and 5 cucumbers. I called the store to ask if I could get a refund and the manager said she pulls it out of the fridge and puts it in the bowl and no one else complains. I expressed again that the shrimp was not edible because it was so tough and she said she would speak to the owner and let me know and then hung up on me before taking any of my information. Wasted $20.

So bad. Avocado tastes like pure lemon, so sour it ruins the whole rest of the bowl. These bowls are made to order, cut the avocado fresh instead of drenching it in lemon. So so bad- No flavour. Will never order from here again

So it's very expensive for a salmon poke. $20 but the first time I got it, it was packed with stuff, small amount of lettuce and it was delicious so...went for a second time. Not even HALF the ingredients this time...like 3/4 lettuce. Absolutely not worth $20. I wouldn't have paid $10. If I'm gambling $20 every time for a decent bowl I won't be going back.
