Very disappointed with my Freshii experience today. Prices have increased significantly, yet the bowls have gotten smaller and they are not even being filled properly. I paid a substantial amount today for a bowl that was barely partially filled. To make matters worse, I had to remove the avocado because it was black and clearly not fresh. If Freshii is going to continue increasing its prices, customers should at least be receiving a properly portioned meal with fresh, quality ingredients. As a Freshii customer, I don’t know why I still come back here. My salmon bowl had barely any salmon in it, and the avocado was completely brown and clearly not fresh. For a meal that costs almost $20, this is simply unacceptable. Have never had an experience where the bowls look as advertised, will not be coming back. I would not recommend coming here.
Not fresh whatsoever….. avocado (extra charge) had to be thrown out in garbage, not edible and last week same thing green apples rotten and thrown out…. Do better I am done ordering with you!
Just went to this freshii to get a create your own salad bowl. After adding all my toppings it came to $24 for a salad which is crazy to begin with. Then I get home and realize that I barely got any food. Almost no lettuce which is the main part of a salad and almost no toppings. Will not be going back to this as it also took over 10 minutes for them to make it and they weren’t busy at all
Just ordered their hot chicken honey mustard bowl, and this is the slop I received. It looks nothing like the picture advertised whatsoever, and upon calling the store they would not issue a refund. I can't believe I paid $20 for a half empty, misadvertised bowl You lost a long term customer
