This is not really a critique of the nanaimo location specifically. But of the entire Freshii brand I guess? It feels like this place doesn't really know what it wants to be. It's obvious they're a healthy version of fast food, but I find their food incredibly sloppily thrown together and their individual bowls don't even have protein in them already, you have to add it for an extra charge. Got the tomato soup with chicken Really good nice sweet savoury healthy will order again chicken is really good too!
Ordered the bowl of the day and it seemed that I got half size bowl as compared what they generally give in regular size.
