I was a frequent customer of this location until it started to go downhill when the guy was working (owner/manager?). He is so rude, never actually fills the bowls, leaves out ingredients (like protein, but doesn’t forget to charge you). No wonder this location is permanently closed now. Terrible customer service/management from the guy.
I was there once when you were there Sarah. I think the owner and staff responded as you clearly appeared to be disgruntled and moody. Also it is clear that this was not the type of place that you would enjoy. I would recommend to stop hating. More people have had a great experience here than you clearly.
First time here with my partner, both enjoyed building our own bowls. Owner that served us was friendly and welcoming.
