Not open when it should be. Front of house staff is not properly trained in customer service. Poorly managed. Had to call 3 times to get a refund for the order I placed when they were not open but the online ordering was. According to Reddit this is a common issue with this store now. Ownership needs to step in and do something about this store.

Ordered online for 5:45pm pickup about 75$ worth of food, got here and the lights are off and store is closed. No one answering the phone, no support number to call. So no food, no refund, nothing! Don’t ever go there!

I ordered pickup on the Freshii website. When I arrived the store was already closed even though they were supposed to be open. No order cancellation or notification… They stole customer money! Update: I was able to pick up the order next day. Still, the owner should make sure that orders are stopped if they cannot keep it open during the regular hours.

I can't believe this place is allowed to be open. Huge health risk & terrible quality. First, she's making my food without gloves, just grabbing ingredients from the tray bare handed & tossing them into my bowl. She made my bowl with the wrong ingredients altogether. She cut the mango for my girlfriends smoothie bowl with the same knife she cut my red onion with, so every bite of her mango tasted like pungent red onion. Didn’t serve me, lied about the free smoothie sign even though it’s still up. Got there at 11 ordered a smoothie bowl online and still don’t have it and it’s 11:35.
