Absolute garbage. Server made food, then literally exited the building without giving our drinks. We were yelling for minutes to get their attention, and they said they were "just outside". Message to manager: fire this staff. They left your shop unattended MID-ORDER. Food had no taste, either. I've never had salmon or tuna that tasted like water. I've been to good Freshii locations. This is not one.
I worked at this restaurant for several months and was never paid my final salary after leaving — despite repeated follow-ups. This isn’t just a delay; it’s complete non-payment. Throughout my time there, late or missing payments were a regular issue for staff. No one should have to work hard and then beg for what they rightfully earned. I just walked in the worst weather to get an Ahi Tuna salad from the Freshii on King St, Uptown Waterloo. Got back to my office only to find out there was no Ahi Tuna in it what so ever! Sooooooooo disappointed, AGAIN - Second time this has happened (different salad). You'd think I would learned to double check - realistically I shouldn't have to, because the people behind the counter should know what they are doing!!
