I have been coming to this Freshii location for years. It's gone downhill over the last couple of years. The last two times I ordered via the app. Both times when I arrived at the estimated ready for pick up time the employee was at the back of the restaurant and hadn't even noticed that my order had come through. No apologies, just rips the order off the machine and starts to work on it while I'm left waiting. The lady was busy chatting on the phone with her EarPods the whole time we were there, even when ordering. Smoothies were okay, but bowls were pretty sub par to bad. Worst part is there was zero soap in the bathroom and when I finally got her attention to ask to refill the soap she basically scoffed and said they were out and couldn’t refill it. I bought from this store Aug 11, 2023 1 pm for the first time. The server of the store is an indian lady with an earpos in her ear. Didn’t pay attention of the smoothies she making I though she put all the ingredients and while talking over the phone. When i got home and taste it twas so awful. Never comeback again to this store.
