The biggest problem was we ordered using the app, we ordered the tuna poke. When I arrived to pick up the person told me all the pokes were sold out. The app didn’t say that nor did anyone call to say that. So this bowl was for someone else and she had to figure out what to get then. The app needs to say unavailable.
Whoever is making salad at this branch, needs proper training or needs to be replaced with someone who knows their job. Quantity and quality both were under avaerage. Not what i have had at other freshii's
I like the branch but the person making melas today told us to wait 30 min to get our meal because they has one big order and for some reason could not serve 2 of us. Also said we may not get rice meals. And still would not make our two meals, before the big order (seemed like 20 meals )
Ordered Oaxaca bowl and given yellow kale and fermenting rotten beetroot. Would not visit this location again
