Absolutely TERRIBLE service. This is completely RIDICULOUS!! I ordered several items through Uber Eats for a VERY important event, and instead of the items I actually ordered, they sent a completely DIFFERENT order with NO notice and NO communication. This is unbelievably frustrating and caused serious inconvenience right before an important event. How does something like this even happen with ZERO warning to the customer?
