Absolutely TERRIBLE service. This is completely RIDICULOUS!! I ordered several items through Uber Eats for a VERY important event, and instead of the items I actually ordered, they sent a completely DIFFERENT order with NO notice and NO communication. This is unbelievably frustrating and caused serious inconvenience right before an important event. How does something like this even happen with ZERO warning to the customer? Food tasted good but the avocado in the Tex Mex bowl was brown and not edible. We threw it out. Need better quality control.
Very bad experience at Freshii today. I went in to order takeout and waited for 20 minutes without anyone helping me place an order. I was told I would need to keep waiting because they were too busy with online orders and had no time for walk-in customers. The staff’s attitude was poor. I would not recommend going here.
Probably the best salad option we have!!! Service is amazing, they prep the food well.
