The attendant was very nice, I told her I haven’t had it since college ~10 yrs ago and it was such a good value in our science center it kept me going all day. They even had the same thing I used to order- the smokehouse burrito. This time there was a surcharge for protein. I got chicken. But did I? I just got rice. I’ve had a great experience at the downtown location, but this location was a letdown. the overall experience didn’t match the quality of their downtown store.
Staff lady is very rude in explaining order content. Not expecting such people. She is wearing glasses to recognize.
The worst customer service. I placed an order…. Teriyaki Twist with Falalfel My order was up and I trusted it was correct What a mistake There was Tofu on the food. No falafel I returned the food and the manager was rude and no customer skills at all I will never return to a place with management that has No customer service skills, Rude and argumentative Find a new manager for this location.
