I showed up at 7:35 and was told they are closing so I couldn’t order! Closing time is at 8! It’s not when the staff leave. It’s when you stop letting customers in. Horrible service!
We stopped by at 7:30 p.m. tonight (Monday). As soon as my partner and I walked into the restaurant, we were told by the cashier that they were closing. The lights and open sign were on, the door unlocked, and Google showed them as open until 9:00 p.m. Very confusing and disappointing. We took our business next door.
I've ordered from many different Freshii locations across Canada as I travel a lot. I've never seen such a small portion size. It's not worth the money. I will not be ordering from this store ever again. I mostly do not post reviews but in this case, I want to make sure people realize all the 5 star reviews may not be real and they're better off spending their money elsewhere.
I ordered a steak pocket as a quick snack and am so disappointed. Small portion. The restaurant had no soap in bathroom, no hand sanitizer nothing. Won't be coming back.
2nd time I go there for Teriyaki Twist bowl and VERY disappointed!!!! All veggie and rice great, very small portion and TOOOOOO much Teriyaki sauce like a pool at the very bottom! GROSS! Threw out and left! Will never go to the Prince of Whales again! South way better, better portion and not soooo much sauce that just ruins your meal! 1/5
