Very nice waitress. The food was expensive for what it was. The macro bowl came to about 20$. I think what I received might have been worth between 5-10. Mostly rice. There is about 6oz of protein and a handful of edamame. I think if they were more generous with the food, I would have been more generous in my ratings.
I had a very poor experience at this location, that I have not experienced at any other Freshii location. I had ordered an hour ahead on the app to pick up my order. I arrived to pick up my order and the employee informed me she had not started making it. I came in at the same time as another customer and the employee had not made their meal either. Pretty expensive for the portion size and was served burnt broccoli. Soup was great though.
I haven’t eaten a meal from Freshii in several years, so I don’t know if my recent order was an anomaly, or this is what the food is like now. I ordered two Buddha bowls with tofu, and they were both inedible. As in, I couldn’t finish it, it was so bad. And I am NOT fussy when it comes to food. The tofu tasted off, like it had sat for too long and started to ferment. It was the texture of paste. PASTE.
