What kind of food establishment franchise closes two days of the week? Twice I’ve gone and by unfortunate coincidence it’s been closed both times.

What a joke, says open online and even in their app, then go and closed for no reason…
I never had any issues here in the past, I come maybe once a month. Last two attempts, both times around 11:30, I have been greeted with a vacant store and locked doors. I also saw the exact same thing happen at the Stockyards, where suddenly they were just closed henceforth, and a new dot appeared on the map a couple blocks away.
