During busy work weeks, I takeout from this Freshii location 3-4x and it's my go-to spot if I want something quick, delicious, relatively-healthy, and easy on the wallet. The staff here are amazing; seems like Soph is always working there and she is just so pleasant to deal with! I ordered bowl with chicken and it had a taste and smell of spoiled and stale food. I think that was veggies. Couldn’t even eat it at all.
Cashier would not make what I wanted. Then she got the manager in the manager was really helpful. Made everything I asked exactly. Turn it off not great and then turned out perfect. I will definitely be back.
I ordered an overpriced custom wrap with steak (costs extra). Tell me why the meat was COLD and why there was only like TWO STRIPS. Will never go again.
My go to Freshii place! Sofia is the sweetest. She always remembers my order and is so nice 😊. Such a hard working woman!! Sophia thank you so much for boosting my confidence you literally helped me build my dream body! Food is amazing! Literally always the perfect portions. I love getting extra chicken on my rice bowl GO TO!!! Lines are so short and go by super fast. I love the warm atmosphere. Literally my comfort zone coming from a previous overweight woman!!
