I visited Freshii this morning … The staff member who served me was wearing an earbud throughout the interaction and also had a watch on while handling food. I believe food safety standards should be followed consistently, as wearing personal items like earbuds and watches during food preparation is not appropriate. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience.
