This is poor version of this chain. Often the orders will be incorrect, they will give you pre-made smoothies and juices (which is unacceptable at that price), and you will find them not open during their listed hours!
I am a kind of person who gives a chance multiple times, and if after that an easy going person like me is dissatisfied that means the service really sucked, or the food. One time the guy was trying to add a rotten avocado in my food, and during the process I was asking him is it okay that the avocado (inside) is brown? He is like yes, it is just ripe... I'm like no that is rotten, then I tasted it it tasted horrible, and he gave me an attitude instead of apologizing. I was super nice to him because I new I am going to retur... read more
Slightly more expensive than Moe's or a Subway but it's even more delicious plus super healthy. Highly recommended.
Half of my smoothie was water from the tap (I saw the server add more twice). Why couldn't OJ or milk be used instead? It tasted great, but I felt like was being ripped off.
Loved this chain when I lived in Chicago... This particular restaurant doesn't deliver as well as the Chicago restaurants. Very slow service and inaccurate orders :( sad
