My mom lived just up the road and I would stay with her a few weeks every summer - I live in the south. We stopped here often either on our way out or easy back from a day jaunting around. It's a great location to stop and relax for a minute - enjoy the view of the water and just enjoy the natural scenery. Whatever older blonde-ish lady with glasses works in the deli needs to learn how to treat a customer. I call and order a pizza as well as a “Large greek salad with no onions or tomato’s” I order at least twice a week from this place the exact same thing every time I order. I go in, the salad has both onion and tomato and the wrong cheese on it. I pointed it out to Bryton, he went over to tell her and she said “What she can’t pick it off?” excuse you? Well I live in Winterport so we frequently go there. It's a hit and miss on the pizza. Either it's good or it's really bad. I think it depends on who's making it lol. But they recently hired a guy who has absolutely no customer service skills. He is rude and makes it very apparent that waiting on you is not something he wants to do. I think that it's very important to make the customer feel respected and welcomed. I myself am employed in customer service.
