The most positive space I have ever stepped foot in. FreshFhiit does not feel like coaches and members... FreshFhiit feels like family. The workouts are fun, intense and give you real results!
It has been such an encouraging and welcoming environment right from the start! Colin and Ken have been amazing coaches guiding me through the whole process while ensuring it’s safe and comfortable! I highly recommend trying out a class because you will be instantly hooked!! 😊

I can’t say enough good things about this crew!! Colin, Ken and their team are always striving to improve what they offer their clients which keeps the fitness journey challenging and exciting! They always bring the energy and positivity which sets the tone for the whole community. Everyone is welcomed no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I love the class structure because it helps hold me accountable to meeting my goals. Like I said.. can’t say enough good things!!
