My name is Ashlee and I had the luxury of meeting one of the employees for freshen up carpet cleaning while I was trying to take my dog outside at the apartment building I live in. the people that work for this company are very rude and disrespectful. I had slept through my alarm and called him back to let him know what happened. I apologized and he asked if I still wanted to have him clean our carpets and I went to check and make sure I had the money for it and he decided to say "let's just forget it you don't know if you have the money" and hung up on me. He was very rude and unprofessional and will never be having my services. I recommend other customers to use caution because it seems like he has anger issues.

Great cleaning but took 4 days to dry even with multiple fans blowing 24/7
Really excellent job, very fair price, I think they should charge more than they do. Carpets looked like new.
