Made an appointment for our 15 year old son for a haircut and his beard shaped up and the Barber Terry Kalama never showed up! I received confirmation of the appointment via text and email 2x in the days leading up to the appointment! The guy who was there cutting hair was shown the confirmation email and just said "oh yea, Terry's not coming in". I am a small business owner and you can bet I will not only never go to this place again but I will also be telling everyone I know!
I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM that i booked online. I arrived a bit early and waited until approximately 10:10 AM. The shop was closed, and no staff members were inside.
Great service, was able to schedule same day and got great hair cut for my little brother. Very satisfied with service and communication. Highly recommend
