I agree with Donna H, I have been a customer for years and their service has only worsened and I will no longer buy anything from them, you cant trust you will get what you ordered, their website is always screwed up, their email responses are when ever they feel like it, as a professional business I can only use professional suppliers I can count on, these guys can not be counted on for anything. Ordered 2 inline filters for tap water. 1st one leaked, tried 2 and it was fine contacted company and they said I needed to take pictures and send to them for review. That is absurd. So, take off working filter to put leaking one on so they can see it leaks. Don't recommend this company, your taking your chances 1 out of 2 might work then they make it hard to get a refund, won't use again.
