Only been to three different locations in last 25 years. These guys are my top choice...cannot see that changing any time soon.
Amazing service and lovely staff who were able to accommodate us super last minute and provide an eye consult and emergency contact lenses after I lost my glasses in the ocean. Thank you Fresh Vision! Now I can see the rainforests and enjoy my holiday
A wonderful environment with a professional staff along with excellent service. They were able to take a last minute appointment. Actually listening to my concerns and addressing them. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and they explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Would highly recommend visiting if you have any concerns about your eye health.
I am not impressed with Fresh Vision at Cotton Tree. They stuffed up my first script for my light sensitive glasses. They had to be replaced with something i could actually see out of without falling over. A new script was ordered then I get hassled by the receptionist that NDIS havn't sent through the payment for new lenses when in fact they had.. so my glasses in the meantime had not been sent away. So still waiting many weeks later.
A fantastic, professional team. Very caring of my issues and worked hard to solve them. Jacky was outstanding, a credit to her profession, the company, but more importantly to herself, she genuinely cares and it shows.
