A wonderful environment with a professional staff along with excellent service. They were able to take a last minute appointment. Actually listening to my concerns and addressing them. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and they explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Would highly recommend visiting if you have any concerns about your eye health.
I am not impressed with Fresh Vision at Cotton Tree. They stuffed up my first script for my light sensitive glasses. They had to be replaced with something i could actually see out of without falling over. A new script was ordered then I get hassled by the receptionist that NDIS havn't sent through the payment for new lenses when in fact they had.. so my glasses in the meantime had not been sent away. So still waiting many weeks later.
A fantastic, professional team. Very caring of my issues and worked hard to solve them. Jacky was outstanding, a credit to her profession, the company, but more importantly to herself, she genuinely cares and it shows.
Jackie is a fabulous optometrist, very thorough and gentle, explaining in detail all the possible options and not pressuring at all for these important decisions.
I went to Fresh Vision for ortho-k lenses. My Optometrist is Jackie and I can only say good things about the entire experience. Jackie doesn't leave anything to chance and is extremely knowledgeable. I have been extremely impressed with the entire experience thus far!
