We were referred to Fresh Vision Optometrists by the Queensland Children’s Hospital, and I could not be happier. Felicity, our optometrist, is absolutely wonderful with my 9-year-old son. She makes each appointment fun while being patient, kind, and always making him feel at ease. The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They regularly check in with us and have made the whole experience so smooth. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
I’ve been attending this Optometrist Practice for over 20 years, from when it was Websters Optical… I was very happy with Kay, David and Julie… When they retired, I wondered about the change… I’m very pleased to report, that I have been extremely happy with my continued care… I would recommend them highly, from my personal experiences… Thank you Melissa, Julie, Felicity and Brett.
Brett was incredibly friendly and professional when examining my eye. My issue was resolved within 5 minutes of my appointment, and Brett was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the process and the issue. The staff were lovely and easy to chat to, and the appointment booking service was very intuitive. Julie and Mel were also very knowledgeable and helped me confirm a follow up booking.
