An overall amazing experience with the team from Fresh Ventilation. Communication was easy, every appointment was on time and they did an amazing job in an awkward underfloor space. Can wholeheartedly recommend!
Unbelievable service.
First class. We spoke to Fresh Ventilation to replace an older underfloor ventilation system. The communication, advice and final install perfect. What a great company to deal with.
In January 2024 we had a DVS Reclaim Connect installed and haven't looked back. Since then we've had: no mould, no condensation on windows and more stable house temperature meaning that we only use aircon in the living room (not in the bedrooms anymore). It wasn't cheap, but it was definitely good value: the improved quality of living and comfort were well worth it. Next up will be a few Lunos Silventos for the bathrooms...
Please note my previous review on this company was based on incorrect information. A third party supplier was the issue with non receipt of goods within an appropriate time, not Fresh Ventilation Bowral. I contacted Fresh Ventilation Bowral and the team couldn't be more helpful. They explained that it was their supplier that failed to ship the items and had the matter rectified very promptly. Their communication and service is great. My bad.
