If you ever need help with a crappy product they sell you or need support on an order good luck. They will ghost you. Will never work with them again.
Very poor customer service for what you pay.
We worked with fresh twist for our window treatment in our new house and we have had a very positive experience. We worked with Anne- she was knowledgeable and honest. She did not pressure us into anything. Order and installation was very quick- we had our treatments completed within 3 weeks of our first meeting with Anne. Prices seem very reasonable. We cannot wait to work with fresh twist in the future for the rest of our house! A great local business in Elmhurst!
