We worked with two associates during quoting and scheduling. Both were very friendly, responsive and professional. From getting the quote, to scheduling, to the staff that cleaned, it was a very smooth process. All were kind, respectful and professional!

"Jaden" was responsible and thorough and the next morning we all came in to fresh smelling and CLEAN carpets. We had our main board room and all of our offices (4) cleaned. Fresh Tracks is very reasonable in their pricing. We will have them come again in a few months.
We had a great experience with Fresh Tracks. Our church carpets haven't looked this good since we put them in! Even the coffee stains are gone! The staff was phenomenal and extremely responsive. Thank you!
