Thank you Fresh Thyme for opening early for senior hours. The Mount Prospect store is clean and well stocked, and the employees kind and helpful. I’m grateful to be able to shop and feel safe. Right now, this store is the only one I feel comfortable going into. Thank you again.

Huge shout out to Fresh Farms of Mount Prospect!! I work in healthcare and Fresh Thyme party trays are always my go to for events. I wanted to Thank those working In the Front lines by bringing Nursing facilities and the police department party trays as a Thank you. Fresh Thyme as always made amazing fresh sandwiches and even donated one of the trays. Thank you for being so incredible and to help frontliners out there!!

Was expecting more people ,, but was nice and quiet but you can feel the tension cause we are experiencing something that even old people like me don’t know how long it’s going to take.

I've never had a problem with this store until today. I had a suspended order, which was my problem, but I was told it would be held for me to come back, "and we're open until 10". Imagine my surprise when I showed up at 6:30 and it had been put back. Very disappointed.

I LOVE Fresh Thyme. It's where I purchase all of my favorite cruelty free beauty products and my husband's favorite Boar's Head meats and cheeses. I want to give this location 5 stars BUT this fall, coming to this store is extremely unpleasant. I can't walk into this store without having my nose assaulted by the overwhelming aroma of cinnamon or some sort of spice fragrance. It's so overwhelming and off-putting and gross. I shop at Fresh Thyme every week and especially love their extensive bulk section. Fresh Thyme team, it would be AWESOME if you would consider adding even one variety of bulk pasta. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be buying it every week. Thanks in advance for considering it!

I just bought Wild Cod and it smelled so rotten I almost yaked on my kitchen floor. What angers me the most is that I asked the man behind the counter if it was a fresh fish before purchase. He assured me it was and that he just marinaded the cod 3 hours ago. This isn't the first time I bought rotting meat at Fresh Time but 3rd or 4th. **This is a warning** Please be careful in their meat isle, it can be deadly. I shop Fresh Thyme Mt Prospect twice a week! LOVE the fish counter and really enjoy the stuffed chicken breasts. They even make great chicken sausage! The produce is spot on and the environment is friendly and clean. I do want to make one observation though. When I was in on Wednesday, there was a gentleman at the check out area who apparently worked there or was from corporate, I'm not exactly sure who he was.
