I have been paying Fresh Tax for over a year and cannot obtain any straight answers from anyone there about my case. I have tried to sign in as a "client" and it appears my email is not showing up. I called again today after 1 year and still not getting a straight answer, but they are still taking a payment out of checking account every month. Not very happy with the service and want some answers
I was contacted by a Scott Williams who used scare tactics telling me how the irs will take my home and used these scare tactics to get me to use the business, he claimed he was a Christian man and would never scam anyone basically he gained my trust. He never told me the true details that once I pay $350 another player would get a hold of me for much much more money that that $350 wasn’t going to help me with my taxes as he said.
