Jerry is outstanding! He came to my house yesterday and cleaned our furniture. We also needed our rug and chest cleaned. He initially only gave a quote for the furniture (when we spoke, I hadn’t told him about the rug or the chest) He worked with me and said he would do the rug and chest for free since they were such small jobs. Jerry was absolutely outstanding!!! Our carpets had not been shampooed for far too long. With kids, parties, etc. we were negligent to say the least. Jerry did a wonderful job assessing the situation, proposing a plan and getting to work! Our carpets have never looked better. We thought we needed new carpets. Turns out we just needed a "Fresh Step!" JERRY! JERRY! JERRY!
