We hired Fresh Start for a recent move when we sold our house and relocated just across town in Worcester. They came and did an in-person estimate which was very detailed and the quote was right on the money! Our move was a little complicated because of where our closing dates fell, and also because of our 2 pianos! But they were super accommodating and responsive to all our questions. Their crew was very friendly and professional. Can't recommend them enough!
I am a 73 year-old handicapped Viet Nam-era Air Force veteran. I moved on Jan.31, 2026, and Fresh Start The Moving Crew were so very exceptional. The 3-man crew were very polite, respectful, and dedicated to helping me, especially since I can hardly walk. They disassembled my heavy wooden queen bed, and reassembled it at my new apartment without a scratch, as was the case with my other precious valuables, including my flat screen tv, stereo components (I told you I was old lol), and entertainment center.
