Got what we needed but the staff was not friendly at all and the line was so long with only one register open.
LOVE Barbara and her facility. She takes such good care of me each time I come in for a treatment. You can really tell she is doing what she loves and she was made to do it!
Barbara is awesome and knows her craft! I've had tattoo removal, brown/sun spot removal, skin tag removal and 2x microneedling and am very happy with the results so far. Even though I haven't been a sun bunny for years, those years and just being out and living are starting to show and fast! Skin care is a multilayered approach. With checks, at home routines and treatments, etc. And Barbara is important in the role of achieving and maintaining great skin!

I started going to Fresh Start last year. The space itself is bright, spotless, inviting. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, personable, really takes the time to get to know her clients. She offers so many services. Anything that you may want to correct about your complexion from birthmarks, sun spots, age spots, redness, crepey skin....whatever it is, Barbara has suggestions and a treatment for you.
