We had a plumbing line detach on the second floor so had water flowing over carpet, coming through the ceiling and down walls into the main floor. We turned off the water and called fresh start. They were here very quickly and placed fans and dehumidifiers in various places. They returned twice to monitor the drying and take readings with their sensors. Minimal damage due to fast intervention
