This treatment centre set up a friend of mine, after he got clean and sober, he worked his butt off and trusted this facility, and inspired many. Now, he is back on the streets, relapsed and going to jail. This place is a disgrace to AA. Shame SHAME on you guys! Time to expose the truth about Fresh Start Recovery. Gonna start with your donors, then the police!
Worst place ever! They do care about money only, and also said they don’t release guys into homelessness, but here I am about to be homeless!

I would suggest Thorpe Recovery Center over Fresh Start Lethbridge!!! House 3 in Lethbridge - The staff is not great and has very little compassion and understanding for people's mental health issues. They lack empathy and change their rules every single week. There is no consistency and when clients get frustrated instead of guiding them through their anger they ask Do you think you are better than me?? or If you keep yelling we will kick you out. Very Unprofessional!!!
