I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone my son wasn’t able to make his first appointment due to having Covid and the flu and the next two because he was at the hospital due to bad seizures and they refused to see him when I was able to take him. The lady who answered was very very rude and I explain to her that he can’t do morning appointments because of his medication that he doesn’t wake up early and She said that’s not their problem That they will not see him or accept him as a new patient because he had medical reasons... read more
I’ve been going to Fresh Start for yrs. I finally found a place that I thought people cared. Some still do But not like before. I had finally found a Dr who not only cared about me But he cared about all his patients. For yrs I have ask every Dr I saw about a hole I have in my forehead. Nobody knew or didn’t care. Well he did. He called other Drs and made me appointments. Now he’s gone And I don’t have anyone who cares anymore. I’m scared of what might happen. I did love this place and everyone there until they decided they couldn’t see me anymore. They were weaning me off all medications, then one day decided to refuse prescribing medications until I drug screened due to low levels. Dr knew of everything. Nurses stare at body parts while drug screening, really uncomfortable. Joyce at reception is probably the only one that truly cares about the patients! Do not recommend!!
