This group home is probably the absolute worst place to live (for the teenage girls) and to work for staff. Its unorganized, dysfunctional, upper management is a COMPLETE JOKE! Lets start with the day to day routines. During week days once the girls get home from school there is no outings, no meetings on how the day went, not even a set time to sit down and complete homework.
