Started at the gym the end of September and I am hooked! I needed a change from home workouts. The members are great, trainers are knowledgeable, consistent and helpful plus the quarterly formal check-ins is the extra layer or support I needed. Thank you!

I haven’t been coming to Fresh Start Fitness for very long but I can tell it’s going to be life changing.
